Rainbows with Wheels
Tap-Taps are taxis/buses with painted with fabulous, bright colors in Haiti. They follow a specific, pre-determined route and are usually packed to the gil. The name tap-tap literally means "quick-quick". Tourists are warned NOT to ride on these, as they are not safe. However, I believe they are fabulous splashes of color in a world which definitely needs the happiness rainbows provide.
